Ephesians 6:10-24 “How to win your battles”

1. (v.10) Be Strong in the Lord, and in His Mighty Power!
   
   
   
2. (v.11-12) Know our true enemy (Satan)
   
   
   
3. Know that Christ has defeated him! (Col 2:15); But Satan is going down fighting; (1 Pet 5:8; John 10:10)
   
   
4.  (vv.11-17) Put on your armor! Always be ready. (2 Cor 10:5)
   1. in Christ, we daily rely on (put on) His Truth (John 14:6), His Righteousness (2 Cor 5:21), His Gospel of Peace (Eph 2:14).
   2. In our battles, we take up the shield of faith (Heb 11), helmet of salvation (Eph 2:8-9), sword of the Spirit (Word of God – Heb 4:12)
5. (vv.18-20) Prayer is essential in battle!
   1. Pray throughout the day, for all believers especially, to be on alert, stand firm in Christ.
   2. Pray for gospel boldness (Acts 4:29) and gospel clarity, in gospel witness.
