"Almighty God cares for you!"
 Psalm 146 
 

1. (vv.1-2) God alone is worthy of all praise!

2. (vv.3-4) People will let us down, but God won't.

3. (vv.5-9) Almighty God looks after the poor and marginalized
A. Our help and hope comes from our Creator
 

B. He provides justice to the oppressed, food to the hungry…
 

C. He sets the prisoners (from sin) free! Opening eyes of the blind.
 

D. He watches over the sojourner/refugee/immigrant, the widow, the fatherless (all those who find themselves disadvantaged and marginalized in society).
 

E. He brings justice to the wicked (those who reject Him).

4. (v.10) The wicked perish, but the Lord remains forever. To Him be all praise!
